DO WE SELL TO THE PUBLIC?

No. We are strictly suppliers to the nursery trade.



WHO DO WE SELL TO?

George Sant & Sons Greenhouses is a rooting station for Ball Horticultural Company, and we supply young material to Ball customers in Canada and the United States. When in season we sell finished spring, summer and fall material to garden-centres and landscapers within Ontario. If you are not currently a customer with us and would like to set up an account with us, please visit our contact page and fill in the form provided, requesting an "application" within the comment box. Please note that our policy is C.O.D. for first-year customers, Net 30 after a business relationship has been established.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders for young material are made by customers of Ball Horticultural Company either through their sales representative or by logging on to Ball WebTrack. George Sant & Sons cannot take orders directly. Place your order early before it's sold out. For material in our overages, have your order in by 12 o'clock noon of the Friday before the intended ship week.



WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF YOUNG MATERIAL?

Prices are delegated by the Ball Horticultural Company. Please contact your sales representative to inquire about pricing.



DOES GEORGE SANT & SONS OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes. Discounts are offered to customers based on volume taken. Our pricing is tiered as follows:

HOW DO I CLAIM CREDIT?

Credit requests for damaged/missing material must be made to Ball no later than 48 hours after receipt of goods. George Sant & Sons cannot process claims directly. When submitting quality claims to Ball, photos of plant damage will be requested.



HOW IS MATERIAL SHIPPED?

George Sant & Sons takes special precaution when shipping young plants. Trays are fitted into specially sized boxes to prevent damages. When shipped via gower-truck, trays are often set on racks. To read more about our shipping methods, please visit our shipping page.
